Whether it’s meeting friends for a coffee, going to the cinema or theatre, or popping to the shops, it’s always lovely to have something to look forward to. However, sometimes life makes these small pleasures a little difficult.

We can help you still make these things happen by preparing and accompanying you. All you need to do is let us know what you would like to do, within reason, and we’ll take it from there.

Who will be at my side?

We’ll find you a trained companion, who’ll be fully aware of you or your loved one’s particular needs. They’ll accompany you on your day out and make sure you get home safe and sound.

Getting you up

We’ll help you start your day comfortably, offering gentle assistance with getting up, washed, and ready.

Bed making

We’ll make sure your bed is clean, tidy, and comfortable, just the way you like it

Washing and using the bathroom

Our carers can provide discreet, respectful support with washing, bathing, and using the bathroom.

Meal planning and preparation

We’ll help plan and prepare nutritious meals you’ll enjoy, taking into account your tastes and dietary needs.

Helping you to bed at night

We’ll help you settle in for a good night’s rest, making sure you’re safe, comfortable, and relaxed.

Medication assistance

We can remind you to take your medication or provide hands-on support with administering it as part of your care plan.

How much does Social Care & Holiday Care cost

As with all our services, we’ll agree a cost for your care beforehand so you’ll have the reassurance of knowing the price will be fixed and agreed in advance.

Who will be looking after you?

You’ll be taken care of by a small team of our fully trained carers, each one of whom you’ll have personally approved. And we’ll review your daily home care on a regular basis.
