Live-in care

Is Live-in Care for me?

We have two levels of live-in care, companionship and personal care.

Companionship live-in care

Companionship live-in care

If you are mobile and independent, but would like the help and reassurance of someone there to share and help you with your day, and to be there in the night just in case – then companionship is for you. The kind of tasks they will help you with include:

  • Helping you get up
  • Bed making
  • Washing, help with your bathroom needs
  • Meal planning and preparation including buying food, breakfast, lunch and supper
  • Social outings
  • Helping you into bed at night
  • Medication assistance

Personal live-in home care

Personal live-in home care

Personal live in care is designed to support you if you are less independent, and need closer, but not minute by minute, support. If you feel the live-in home care you need may be more intensive, take a look at our convalescent and respite care.
