And also huge thanks to dear Angela who made such a very big difference to Frank's life by actually cooking food for him, rather than just heating up the ready meals, and actually caring about him. Her energy and brightness were such a tonic for him, he really liked and appreciated her, as did I.

We have found Nightingales efficient and capable and their staff have been very helpful and caring.

The other day when [my carer] was showering me, the thought "she is worth her weight in gold" just came into my mind. [She] does whatever she is asked to do without reluctance or demur and takes a personal interest in my well-being. She gives true meaning to the definition 'carer'.

It was indeed refreshing to find that your carers took the trouble to stay that little bit of extra time which makes all the difference to Mum. The little things that make life much more endurable are done without hesitation.

On behalf of my sister Margaret and me, I just wanted to thank you and your wonderful team for looking after our mother everyday for the past six or so years. It was always such a relief to know that she was so well cared for each morning and evening and that the Carers became familiar faces to her each day.

Your help and willingness to make things easier made it possible for mother to stay at home. We cannot speak highly enough of the quality of care you gave, and will have no hesitation in recommending Nightingales in future.
