Who will be looking after me?

During convalescence, you’ll be looked after by a team of fully trained carers. They will be rotated on regular shifts, to ensure they’re alert to support you day and night – for as long as you need to recover.

Respite care is mainly used when you need extra support. The level of support people need varies from companionship through to 24-hour support. We’ll help you work out your exact requirements with a free assessment.

Getting you up

We’ll help you start your day comfortably, offering gentle assistance with getting up, washed, and ready.

Bed making

We’ll make sure your bed is clean, tidy, and comfortable, just the way you like it

Washing and using the bathroom

Our carers can provide discreet, respectful support with washing, bathing, and using the bathroom.

Meal planning and preparation

We’ll help plan and prepare nutritious meals you’ll enjoy, taking into account your tastes and dietary needs.

Helping you to bed at night

We’ll help you settle in for a good night’s rest, making sure you’re safe, comfortable, and relaxed.

Medication assistance

We can remind you to take your medication or provide hands-on support with administering it as part of your care plan.
