Nightingales HomeCare in Bromley
Nightingales is the private homecare provider which means that each and every one of our clients is important to us.
We only cater for private clients and we only take new clients on when we know we can properly look after them. For this reason, many clients eligible for State funded care* decide that the small additional cost of choosing a private care provider is very much worth it for the additional freedom and choice this brings.
With us, you will not be subjected to a succession of carers rushing from one appointment to the next, but will have your own small team of staff whom you have personally approved and who will be with you for as long as you wish, at times agreed with you. Our service is focused solely on your needs and adjusting the support you receive is often as simple as making a phone call.
Whether you are looking for support for the first time or are considering changing from another provider, you can rely on Nightingales. Being a family-owned company, our focus remains on delivering the best quality of of service available, so if you are looking for
professional care with a friendly face, we look forward to hearing from you.
Below is a list of some of the things we do for our other clients, but whatever your requirements, we will be delighted to discuss them with you.

*State funded care is Means Tested and many people end up paying the vast majority of their fees personally, but have no choice as to who provides the care. Most other agencies have a State funded block contract which requires them to take on new clients with little notice. The value to them of this business is such that they often ask their existing clients, including those that are privately funded, to fit around these new customers. This may mean frequent changes to both the carer and the time they visit, and leaves many feeling very much like a second-class customer despite many paying for a first-class service.
